We will not be responsible for late deliveries as all postal mailing will be according to SingPost delivery schedule. We strongly encourage customers to register their orders for assurance. WE will respond to your order within one working day with the total price, and confirmation of the order. If confirmation emails are not responded within 2 working days we will cancel your order.

You will also be advised on the payment procedures. Once your payment is received, your item(s) will be sent to SingPost for delivery (see delivery methods above).
